Where do you ship from?
All orders are packed and shipped from our warehouse in Queensland, Australia.

We currently ship within Australia and New Zealand. You can purchase directly through our online store or via our trusted reseller partners nationwide.
Are your products compliant with Australian and New Zealand regulations?
Yes. All products supplied by BroadcastBiz are fully compliant with Australian and New Zealand regulations. For peace of mind, look for models with AU in the product name, which indicates approval for local use and smooth operation.
How long does shipping take?
If the product is in stock, estimated delivery times are:
Australia Standard Shipping: 2–6 business days
Australia Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (overnight in some metro areas)
New Zealand: 4–10 business days depending on the service selected
If an item is on backorder or has a longer lead time, this will be communicated to you after ordering.
Do you require a signature on delivery?
Yes. We request a signature on all deliveries to help ensure your order arrives safely.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Tracking details will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?

What if I receive the wrong item?
If you receive the wrong product or something extra by mistake, please contact us within 24 hours at sales@broadcastbiz.tv. Please don’t open or use the item, as this may affect eligibility for return. We’ll arrange the return at no cost to you.

Yes. In addition to our online store, BroadcastBiz products are available through a network of trusted reseller partners across Australia and New Zealand. However you choose to buy, you’ll get dependable tools built for real production use.
