Shipping Information

We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post.

  • Standard Shipping: 2–6 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (overnight in some areas)

A signature is requested on delivery to help ensure your order arrives safely. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details via email. All orders ship from Queensland.

Please note we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Original shipping fees and any related insurance are non-refundable.


Returns & Warranty Claims

We offer a 14-day return window for faulty items, warranty claims, or if you have received an incorrect item. We do not accept returns for purchases made due to change of mind under Australian Consumer Law. However, in some cases, we may offer store credit or an exchange at our discretion.

To start a return or warranty claim, please contact us at sales@broadcastbiz.tv or via our Contact Page within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue.

In your message, please include:

  • A short description of the issue

  • When the issue began

  • How the issue affects the item’s use

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All returns are assessed under Australian Consumer Law. If your return is approved, we’ll offer repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation. Some claims may require further assessment.


Change of Mind
We are not required to offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases under Australian Consumer Law. This includes:

  • Ordering the wrong item

  • No longer needing the item

  • Finding the item cheaper elsewhere

In some cases, we may offer store credit or an exchange after inspection. A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply.

To be eligible for exchange or credit without fees, items must:

  • Be unopened and unused

  • Be returned within 5 business days of purchase

  • Not be a special-order item

  • Be valued under $1,000

  • Be fewer than three units in quantity

Final approval is subject to inspection.


Warranty
All products come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing faults. If your item is found to be faulty, we’ll offer repair, replacement, or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.

For items considered Dead on Arrival (DOA) within 14 days, we’ll prioritise a replacement or refund. In-stock items may qualify for advanced replacement.

If an item is tested and found to be fault-free, return shipping and any associated costs will be your responsibility.


Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item or something extra by mistake, please contact us within 24 hours at sales@broadcastbiz.tv. Do not open or use the product, as this may affect eligibility for return. We’ll arrange the return at no cost to you.
